MDESIGN INTERIOR is available for new projects

At the helm of MDesign Interior, Mathilde Defrance, an interior designer, helps homeowners rethink their living spaces and supports property investors with rental and buy-to-resell projects. She works on both renovation projects and new-build developments, optimising floor plans from the outset to ensure each home is ideally suited to her clients’ lifestyles.

Her work always begins with one question: who is this space for? The answer shapes the direction of each project, ensuring that it reflects the personality of the people who live there. Convinced that no two interiors or lifestyles are alike, Mathilde takes the time to listen carefully and understand each client’s needs before developing any design proposals. Her role is to turn a vision, or ideas that may still be taking shape, into coherent, functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions, combining professional insight, technical expertise and creativity.

Every project begins with a careful assessment of the space, natural light and technical constraints, leading to proposals that are functional, attractive and built to last — because an interior should be as practical as it is beautiful. Bespoke design plays a particularly important role in her work. She especially enjoys projects that call for unique solutions, thoughtfully designed and tailored to each space and each client.

Depending on the client’s needs, Mathilde can be involved from the initial space-planning concepts right through to construction project supervision. Her services may include:

Space-planning studies with several layout proposals

Detailed, dimensioned and scaled floor plans

Mood boards and 3D visualisations

Elevation drawings for specific areas

Technical drawings for bespoke furniture

Lighting design and electrical requirements planning

Detailed shopping lists

Tender documentation for contractors and construction project supervision

Her expertise is ideal for anyone worried about making the wrong choices, looking to avoid costly mistakes and seeking greater peace of mind throughout their project.

Have a project in mind? MDesign Interior and Mathilde Defrance would be delighted to discuss your ideas during an initial consultation and help you transform them into a unique and inspiring space.
